Techni Mobili Super Storage Computer Desk in Chocolate Finish

I searched diligently for a nice desk under $200 locally and online. I was getting frustrated because there seem not to be a lot of choices , and some where just not that attractive. This desk caught my eye on another website but I waited a day to buy it because a lot of reviewers were complaining on how difficult the assembly was with the desk. It seemed like most people thought it was a very nice desk so I went ahead and ordered it. I received it rather quickly and shipping was free which was a plus.

I am going to agree and say the assemble requires patience; however, it is not as difficult as some mentioned. It has a lot of small parts, mostly screws. I think the reason for this is that this is a very well designed desk. I am in the middle of the pack as far as being handy, and I was able to handle it without much trouble. It did take me about 7 hours to put it together but I paced my self to make sure I did not mess up. Some people might cry at that amount of time but the end result is well worth it .Now on to the desk itself...The wood on it feels like real wood , not like the cheap stuff you get at Walmart. It feels very sturdy not wobbly like some other furniture you sometimes buys. The designed is great in that you have a cabinet for your pc tower to hide it and you have filing cabinet and 2 drawers. I like the fact that you have some counter space between the your cabinets and top part of desk. It works great for little stuff like Ipods, etc. The desk is heavy so here is a tip... BUY MOVING MEN SLIDERS AND PUT ON THE LEGS TO MAKE IT EASY TO MOVE IT. I bought some at Target that stay on and they blend in very nice with the desk.

So in conclusion , yes I wish the desk assembly was less time consuming but the end result will make you forget about it. You can either buy an easy to assemble desk that you might find from Walmart and then you are not sure if you like it, or you can suffer a little bit putting it together and be in love with your new work station . I would buy this again. Hope it helps someone :)

should i buy Prepac Sonoma Maple Hutch reviews

With its unique design, the Wall Hutch can be mounted above the Computer Desk to store books, papers, and computer disks, or on its own as a floating bookcase or a home for collectibles and accessories. It has four adjustable shelves and fits binders perfectly. Installation is easy using our two-piece hanging rail system. Shown here with the Computer Desk (sold separately). The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the quality. But then again, for the price, you can't expect real wood. This desk and hutch is perfect for a kid's room, especially the hutch. Although not real wood it is solid and easy to assemble. I have recommended it to others who bought it and loved it as well. Highly recomment for a child's room since it looks great, it's functional, and not expensive. If damaged it is not expensive and it won't hurt your wallet. DEFINETELY get the hutch. It is worth every penny and more. This is a small home office piece of furniture. It is relatively small so it can fit into tight places, perfect for smaller homes. This is a cleverly designed unit because they included a type of bookcase that you can attach on the wall above the desk-- a perfect space saver. One reviewer said, "The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the quality." the quality issues are not just because it's not solid wood but because of the overall workmanship. The hutch comes with 23 pre-drilled holes and they supply screws intended to fit, but the screws only tighten down all the way on 11 of the holes!! the holes and screws supplied for "two-piece hanging rail system" are not deep enough and, the holes are a tad too wide so they don't tighten all the way and leave one with an uneasy feeling about the hutch's stability on the wall. This product is well below the quality of a similar Sauder product.
The hutch should NOT be thought of as a serious bookshelf; it's way too small. I'm using mine to hold 31 books, and a few nic-nacs.
On the positive side, I received the product within a short period of time and it was extremely well packaged, and, the hutch is quite attractive. This is the second one i have purchased - the first was a black on for underneath my wall mounted flat screen [which looks awesome!], and the second is this maple one that i bought to mount over my nursery combo dresser - using this saved me at least [...] on purchasing the matching hutch for the dresser [ridiculous if you ask me to pay that much for glorified shelves]. The picture doesn't do the color justice - it is a bit richer maple, whereas the picture is more "natural" looking. This worked out PERFECTLY for me because i was expecting a slightly lighter hutch and it ended up matching my furniture exactly!! Shipping great as usual, A+++ I bought a desk and matching hutch, and BOTH were missing needed parts for assembly. When I make the mistake of buying a cheap product that I need to assemble myself, a very basic demand is to have all of the parts needed for assembly. I didn't, and I have better things to do with my life than spend hours of it on the phone, trying to explain which cheap pieces of junk I need somebody to send to me. This otherwise usable piece of pressed-board furniture has now been assembled with screws from my garage. We bought this shelf to have more storage room in our nursery. It's very sturdy and easy to put together. You mount a board on the wall, and then the shelf slides onto the board, so it's not coming off the wall easily. The wood veneer is ok, obviously it's not real wood, but it looks fine for what it is. Our computer desks were way too cluttered, so I decided that we need some place to put stuff that was easy to get to. The hutches were the perfect solution. They are sturdy enough for my husbands books and the shelves can be moved around to create lots of cubbies for my stuff. They weren't too hard to put together, we did the first one together in about 1/2 an hour. My husband did the second one alone is less than that. The instructions could be better, but the design is great. We have had these shelves up for over a month now and we love them. The cats think they are great perches too. On the positive side, I received the product within a short period of time and it was extremely well packaged, and, the hutch is quite attractive. This is NOT a hutch. It is a bookcase to hang on a wall. A hutch is something that sits on or attaches to a desk or table or china cabinet. Be careful in ordering because you might order the wrong thing. I ordered a Prepac computer hutch by mistake because I thought it was a desk. The picture was deceptive. Now I have to return it and pay for the shipping. Bad advertising. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the quality. But then again, for the price, you can't expect real wood. should i buy Prepac Sonoma Computer Desk reviews

Organize a work area in style with the Sonoma computer desk. A great addition to any study, office, or den, the desk includes a roll-out keyboard tray, a deep bottom shelf designed to hold a computer CPU, as well as an adjustable shelf for books and office supplies. Constructed from a combination of high quality, laminated composite woods, this attractive series offers extremely good value for stylish yet budget-conscious buyers. The desk measures 48 inches wide by 29 inches high by 23-1/2 inches deep and requires some easy assembly on arrival. The matching wall hutch shown here is available separately. A great addition to your study, office or den, the Sonoma Computer Desk includes a roll-out keyboard tray, a deep bottom shelf designed to hold a computer CPU, as well as an adjustable shelf for books and office supplies. Constructed from a combination of high quality, laminated composite woods, this attractive series offers extremely good value for stylish yet budget conscious buyers. Shown here with the Wall Hutch (sold separately).I had a carpenter put this together, and was glad I did. It came with two left panels, and no right panel. If I was building it myself I would have had to pack it up and wait until the replacement part arrived- instead he was able to adapt the left piece for me, and since the right side faces the wall you can't tell it's there. Also, as noted by someone else the keyboard tray is way too low, so I removed it. Still, for the money it's a nice desk
This desk was a bit disappointing for me because after putting it together (definitely a 2 person job) the keyboard tray was really low to the ground. I had to put the feet of the desk up on thick pieces of cardboard so the keyboard tray wouldn't be hitting my knees (and I'm a short guy!). Admittedly I should have paid attention to the dimensions better, but I just couldn't understand why computer desk would be so short (it's quite uncomfortable for my wrists and back to be typing on something that low.)

Other than that, it's an attractive desk and wasn't too difficult to assemble. It was pretty sturdy before I had to prop it up on cardboard as well. I'd recommend it for children or for extremely short adults. I am a happy camper. I bought this because I needed more work space for when I work at home but I couldn't go to big. This is absolutely the perfect size. The top is smooth and the whole thing has nicely rounded edges, nothing to get caught on. My last desk was horrible I was always catching the edges. Love the over sized shelf for the computer,if you desire to put it there. It leave plenty of room to the back and the back is open for lots of air flow. I don't like how low the keyboard draw is so I have the keyboard on top. I don't take anything off for that its just my preference. The directions leave something to be desired so be prepared to do a little figuring out on your own but assembly is not hard at all. You might need a second set of hands to help hold things in place while you assemble. All in all a good buy. the 4ft of desk space is perfect for holding my 18inch laptop and all my college books and i still had room to girlie it up a bit! the shelves give u more room to hold books to, they are very deep and you can adjust the center shelf to any height. Putting it together wasn't that bad either. the instructions were a little confusing, nothing was labeled, and the top needed 2 people to push down on it to push it in place. it took about 20 minuets.

my only real complaint was that there was no back board for the shelves. i had planed to keep mine against the wall anyway but i would be more comfortable with a back board for it.

other than that it was a great buy! This is a great desk. I love it. However, I am only 5'3" tall. The keyboard tray on this desk is barely high enough for me to use. I have to sink my height-adjustable chair all the way down to make it work.

There is room to move the keyboard tray higher if you are comfortable drilling your own holes. Or, the top of the desk is pretty low, so most people would be comfortable just having the keyboard on top of the desk.Ordered a desk on January 17th was delivered January 27 with the box ripped open and crushed on the corner.
Ups took the desk back and said "I refused the delivery" and said nothing about the box being damaged.
Ups must have tapped the box up and shipped it back. After many many
E-Mails I received a refund but they charged me $91.81 for nothing. AAA said nothing was wrong with the desk and charged for deliery and stocking fee.
I was not going to receive a delivery when the box is damaged. The refund took almost two months. Amazon tried to help but too the side of AAA. I will never but anything from Amazon again. Better Business Bureau is next.
STAY AWAY FROM AAA FURNITURE DISCOUNTS!!

should i buy Home Office Computer Desk reviews

Design is OK but I prefer to have CPU storage in either side of the desk. And, lower shelf for book storage under the desk is so inconvenient because users may hurt their legs. Also, the edges are so sharp that coud cut someone.

quality is average. The item was very well packaged. The box was cocooned in a larger box with plenty of protection.

The desk itself looks nice. The photo of course makes it look a bit more upscale. Still, for the price it is fine. Assembly was easy. Oddly, I only had issues with the casters. I recieved the product packaged very well with no damage or missing parts which was a great plus for me. Then my husband put together the desk which took roughly almost an hour but the instructions were simple to follow. The desk measurements is exact as advertised 42" x 22" so it's not a very big desk. Also exactly as pictured. Great for small spaces. The pieces are quite heavy and firm which I would guess it's made of particle board and not real solid wood which would be quite expansive but it is quite attractive and is the right size for what I needed. All the pieces fit together nicely and moves very well on the coaster wheels which I love. As for the color, wish it came in cherry red but the dark walnut will suffice for now. It's a bit darker then pictured. No sharp edges or anything but you want to be cearful about banging up your knees or legs cuz it will hurt. Very functional, appreciate that it has a pull out draw for keyboard and mouse which slides easily. Highly recommend this desk. Perfect for computer and CPU. All in one unit and certainly does the trick.
Easy to put together, no problems whatsoever. One small ding on corner of desk top
which is covered by printer...hence, no problem. For the price it works beautifully.Desk came very well packaged. We like the fact that it is on wheels and can be moved around easily. It looks exactly the same as in the photo. It is simple, yet efficient. Design is OK but I prefer to have CPU storage in either side of the desk. And, lower shelf for book storage under the desk is so inconvenient because users may hurt their legs. Also, the edges are so sharp that coud cut someone.product is made of partical board or manufactured wood not solid wood picture does make product look better then what it is The item was very well packaged. The box was cocooned in a larger box with plenty of protection.

The desk itself looks nice. The photo of course makes it look a bit more upscale. Still, for the price it is fine. Assembly was easy. Oddly, I only had issues with the casters. Arrived in excellent condition, assembly was easy. Very sturdy. Works wonderfully for my computer station.

should i buy Techni Mobili Ergonomic MDF Computer reviews

Designed with decorative perforated metal panel and side MDF legs with steel tubes. Large work surface accommodates keyboard, printer and monitor. Desk area is made of PVC laminated MDF panels. Includes a mobile CPU caddy. Easy and ready to assemble. 5 Years Mfg. Warranty. It's not top quality stuff, but, it is functional. Note the surface areas are laminated with contact paper. A few cautions:

1. be careful not to leave the unit in direct sunlight; the contact paper laminate will blister.

2. the particle board components easily strip when attempting to screw the pieces together. You may want to avoid using a screw gun and opt for hand tightening.

3. the feet are prone to breaking free (they pivot). Be careful.

The customer service is pretty good since I needed a foot replaced; no problem there.

The unit is good for someone who lives in an apartment and plans to move a few times; the unit is light enough to lug around. Four stars for what you get at this $120 price point.
I spent months looking for a desk, and honestly I was not constrained by budget but by other things such as, I needed a small sturdy and easy to assemble desk that was not sharp, boxy, or difficult on carpeting... I bought a keyboard attachment and this desk, and am thoroughly happy with the purchase... they even included a screwdriver and spare parts... put it together in 10 minutes without hassle... very pleased. 5 stars, will post on facebook and recommend. Is a good workcenter. Solid, rigid, stable and durable. Is waterproof, great for me!!! ha ha ha. Looks pretty nice as my home office. I have the corner Techni Mobili on this same style. Thanks. OK, so the first thing you need to know about me is that I never write. I LIKE most of the services, products and 'Deals' that Amazon offers and am very grateful for its existence in our market place. Especially for my Middle-Aged-Just-Now Catching-Up-With-TECH WORLD 'Demographic' that I'm sure I belong to and I generally feel Amazon is great because its fun and easy to navigate around and is interactive enough that it allows me to feel good about myself, to comprehend how to learn and work my way around the site which is always a good thing for me - But I never write.

I utilize a lot of its features with something like pleasure and relaxation but I still feel like I still have a lot to learn about it's features...nevertheless this site is attractive to me because it is: A User Friendly Market Place, An Informative and, Accommodating Online Business that is very professional, courteous and polite to their clientele and incredibly diverse in their selections and services - But I never write.

That being said, this desk rocks!

It Looks Beautiful and actually improves the 'Ambiance' of my tiny little space of a New York Studio that I reside in.
It's very 'Classy' looking, but to be fair, it also Amazingly complements the actual modern looking desktop computer, Wireless Logitech Keyboard and Mouse that I have on top of it. That's another thing I appreciate and that is the ratio between what you were sold by comments and reviews and product description and illustration and what you actually received...Look, if you're a little ADD about stuff like this like I am then you're going to love this...maybe because I'm single or something, or maybe I'm re-discovering my manhood or my inner-carpenter guy or something I really don't know and I really don't care, I'm not that interested in my origins just the result and in this case the result was pleasure.

In this day and age of getting less and less of a product and seeing that that said product's quality and quantity wane over time and as more and more monies are needed to acquire that said product it's nice to come across a Company that puts out a product not only on it's inherent merits but also on their implicit guarantee that you will not only be able to handle the innate necessity of this product needing to be put together by the customer but that you will most likely enjoy doing it....

The told the truth.
Believe Me.
This Desk Is Awesome!

Alright, lets start with the time factor.
IT was fine. One week.
Upon first sight:Everything looked fine, all the contents were in excellent condition as was the box that the contents were in and it was a great relief and did immediately elicit a spontaneous smile from me upon seeing the box for the first time.
Ok, this next thing may sound a little ADD now, but just bear with me.

The second thing I am grateful for is the 'Simplicity' and 'User-Friendliness' of the 'Directions' the foresighted inclusion of all the 'Accessories' 'Tools', 'Illustrations' needed to put the thing together/that would have been enough for me to write something about the desk and probably give it 4 Stars easy, but where this outfit went above and beyond the call of duty is with this:

The design of this thing is, and I don't use terms like this lightly, BEAUTIFUL!!! Look, I'm middle-aged, not great at the whole putting stuff together thing. I can get confused easily and quite often due when I read directions on how to put stuff like this together either because of conflicting information and/or incomplete information and because I do
Have ADD, I do Have Bi-Polar they don't have me but, nevertheless, I fell through the cracks...so, believe me when I tell you that before I pressed the 'Confirm Order' button on this product I first:I spent months looking for a desk, and honestly I was not constrained by budget but by other things such as, I needed a small sturdy and easy to assemble desk that was not sharp, boxy, or difficult on carpeting... I bought a keyboard attachment and this desk, and am thoroughly happy with the purchase... they even included a screwdriver and spare parts... put it together in 10 minutes without hassle... very pleased. 5 stars, will post on facebook and recommend. Very easy to assemble, quality is above expectations for something of this price. Solid, great for kids. We use it just as a desk for our kids to do their homework on, but I am sure it could work as a computer workcenter as well. Highly recommended. I will say this is nicer than I expected for the price. Girlfriend and I assembled this in under 30 minutes... quick, easy, and all the tools you need are included. The box arrived all battered but all the goods were there and in fine form. I really like the computer tower cart, it makes connecting wires and cleaning way easier. Perfect for those looking for a small desk on the larger side.

No keyboard pull-out but I knew that and personally hate them.

should i buy Z-Line Claremont Desk reviews

This desk is even more attractive in person than it is online! The top is smoke colored glass (seems darker to me than the online picture shows) and all the metal pieces have a nice weight and finish to them. The desk arrived well-protected with no damage/defects and no missing parts. Assembly instructions are clear and concise with all parts clearly labeled. Once assembled, the desk seems solid.
This is a nice desk for under $200 compared with what is available at local retailers for a similar price. Highly recommend! I bought this desk for my home office and I must say that I love it. I considered a number of different desks. The first thing that I like about it is that the glass top screws securely to the desk frame. Other desks that I've looked at only have suctions cups to secure the glass top. The glass top is also a smokey color. Which is great. The only thing that I wish was different is that the wood legs were on the front and back. As in the picture, you can see the wood legs. But, when you turn and look at it from the back, you see the black metal legs. It isn't a huge deal, just aesthetic preference.

Assembly wasn't too bad. I put it together by myself in under an hour. The only complaint is that it is difficult to secure the keyboard tray to the frame tightly. Maybe it's just because I'm not mechanically inclined. But, I was able to get it secure enough for my use.

Overall, this was a great purchase and I would highly recommend it! This is a good desk. It was relatively easy to assemble, but some parts didn't line up perfectly. Nothing a little pushing didn't fix. The glass was sturdy with no chips. Instructions were very good with well-labeled parts.

The keyboard tray doesn't roll very easily, and it was stuck when I first got it. After the first couple of weeks of use, though, the rolling mechanism has smoothed out to an acceptable point.

It's very attractive with good quality parts. The two wood beams and wood back are real wood, not laminate.

All in all, everything works, looks good, and is of high quality. Other than that, it's a desk. What more do you expect of it?

P.S. Strangely, a card showing off Z-Line's sponsored 2008 Nascar season was inside. The desk was manufactured in August, 2009. That means that when the desk was made, the card was already over a year out of date. Why the hell did they put it in? You do get what you pay for! The production date for my desk was June 2012. Everything was packaged snugly and nothing was missing. Putting it together took me a good 2 hours. They even give you the tools such as Allen wrench and screwdrivers. Quality of wood is excellent. A very solid table. I love the dark glass desk. Gives off a svelte modern look. Generous work space too!I paired this desk with  Gorgeous! My first legit desk (been using dinner table as desk) and lamp. All the pictures you see online for this thing look a good deal better than it actually looks in person. It's hard to explain... It's just that, seeing it in the room and sitting behing it, it seems a little... well, cheap.

Also, it's also a little rickety. On mine, no matter how I tweaked the screws (I'm very mechanically inclined and I know what I'm doing), the whole frame was twisted a bit so that one leg lifts off the floor a little. So much so that the little adjustable foot which comes with isn't long enough to touch the floor, and I had to buy one that's longer to actually make up the distance. The keyboard tray is also a little flimsy and vibrates as I type (I type heavily, I will admit).

I'm actually comparing this to the Brenton Merido desk (which seems to go under the Z-Lines brand too?) that my wife purchased at a local big-box store. It was less money, looks very similar, and both feels sturdier and looks more refined/polished than this. It should be a consideration if you're looking at this (though it is smaller in width).

Speaking of the keyboard tray, make sure you don't need a lot of space. I use a stationary thumb-ball mouse and rather narrow keyboard and have no width issues (but I *do* have 1 issue... read below), but the tray is only about 25" or so, so you better measure before you buy.

Also, if you have any sort of special or special-needs keyboards that are taller than a typical key board, you will have problems. For example, I have a kensington split keyboard which sits about 3.5 inches high in the middle and is a little longer front-to-back than, say, a Microsoft Natural keyboard. This is a probelm for 2 reasons; there's a bar that sits over the keyboard tray, and the key board hits it. Also, the tray doesn't extend out far enough, so the front of the keyboard actually hangs over about half an inch.... and I can't push it in without fighting with the keyboard. If you, say, have one of those Kensington concave keyboards, I really don't think it will fit on the tray or go under the bar (though, I'm not 100% positive... measure!).

So, for the money, there is at least one other desk to consider. In the end, I'm not so disappointed that I will give it up. Just wish it were a little better. There are so many reviews on this desk that were very accurate in their statements. The pluses is it looks very up to date, is compact and it will fit my needs. The two issues that others were right about was the facts that the instructions were sorely lacking and the keyboard/mouse drawer is too small. I knew by the pictures on line I could put it together properly as long as all the parts were there and they were constructed properly, which they were. On the size of the keyboard/mouse drawer, that was a case of pure economics as the only other desk that had the proper size, looks and larger drawer was some $60-$80 more. So I decided that the larger drawer was not worth that much too me. But the instructions and the undersize drawer width was worth a one star reduction. Thank you Amazon for making the desk available and publishing reviews so we know what we are getting into before it reaches our front doors. Just my opinion.Assembly was easy and took me under an hour. The desk is solid - the main surface (which is darker than in the stock photo) has handled usual roughness just fine. The freight shipping package was a little beat-up, but everything was shiny and most everything was accounted for (was missing an extra nut).

The dust collects and collects. To dust I have to move everything off the desk, which is every couple of days. Otherwise it's like an itch, staring at me throughout the day - peppering the reflected sunlight and the birds flying outside. Then, if your hands are as oily as a typical person's, you leave smudges every time the side of your hand rests on the desk (which is much more often than you might expect).

Other then that, it's been a great experience. I keep the keyboard tray tucked away and use it as a makeshift drawer. I have had this desk for about 8 months, and I really like the look of it, but the one thing that absolutely drives me crazy is that the keyboard tray is way too small. It barely fits a standard sized keyboard and a mouse. I have to tuck the side of the mousepad underneath the keyboard just to make it fit. I give this desk a 5-star rating. Best computer desk I've ever owned. Plus, it gets compliments from the ladies on a regular basis. Bonus!

Pros:

- Packaged well. Glass is very protected and all pieces were covered and protected individually. No scratches or dents.

- Extremely easy to put together. All pieces are labeled with letters and numbers which are clearly written out and shown in the pictures. Each screw has it's own individually labeled bag, so you don't have to rummage through one bag trying to match with a picture. Allen wrenches and phillips/flathead screwdrivers included. Extra screws included in a red bag, just in case. Pieces lined up EXACTLY like they are supposed to, which is rare in the world of computer desks. Took a little under an hour from start to finish. Regardless, some people will have trouble putting ANYTHING together.

- Looks amazing and seriously classes-up my living room compared to my old, boring, Ikea computer desk.

- Solid construction, feels like a much more expensive desk

- Plenty of leg room underneath (even more if you choose to not connect the keyboard tray)

"Possible" Cons:

- Keyboard tray can't really be used with both keyboard AND mouse comfortably. I personally never use a keyboard tray anyway since I game a lot and it has just never felt right for that purpose. If you type a lot and don't play games, it's great. You can leave it off if you like as well. I personally use it for storing things that would otherwise clutter the top of my desk.

- Glass top shows everything. If you don't clean often, stick with wood. Also, I suggest using a keyboard with a wristpad if you want to avoid palm smudges, even with the keyboard tray since it's glossy and shows smudges easily. I am pleased to write that I am very content with the quality of this desk. The surface area is large enough to accommodate a large computer tower (Raven 2) and a 23" to 27" monitor with separate speakers. It's very attractive, well designed, and the instructions are well laid out. No flaws were noticed during the assembly. Highly recommended.

should i buy Modern Glass & Steel Frame Computer Desk reviews

Tempered frosted glass & steel frame computer desk features a large work area with an elevated printer shelf. Includes a perforated privacy panel and ergonomically designed legs that add to its unique style. A large work area is made of heavy duty tempered glass panels ,an MDF keyboard tray with safety stop shelf and mobile CPU caddy. Ready and easy to assemble. 5 Years Mfg. Warranty. If you like the picture of this glass top computer desk, you will be very happy with the purchase. I purchased and assembled two of them for my home office. The quality is excellent, and once assembled it is very sturdy-not like the cheap desks I saw at Staples. The glass top measures 47.5" by 23.75" and is 5/16" thick. You can choose to install the printer platform or not, however, I like the way it gets the printer up and out of the way. Both of my printers hang over the edge of the platform a little but are firmly in place. Assembly instructions are right on and assembly is very easy. Note these desks were made for flat screen monitors, my CRT takes up too much desk space. You will find this exact same desk for $[...] more at other websites. [...] Easy to put together and solid. My two issues with the design are the following:
- They keyboard tray is too small to fit my mouse-pad along with my keyboard like my old desk.
- The desk doesn't extend beyond the where the leg ends in the back, so I have more of a gap between the back of the desk and my wall than I would like (granted it's only a couple inches, mainly due to baseboard).

Both the stand for the printer and the stand for the computer are too small for my printer and case respectively. I expected this though, so it is not a big deal. The table is exacly what I expected and wanted. Sturdy steel legs and nice thick quality glass top. Fits perfectly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with what I got for the price! Easy assembly and instructions. All parts were there. Took about 45 minutes. Knowing how it is put together now I could probably do it in 30. Very happy with purchase. I must say the the desk looks very nice when assembled, but I found a few problems with my product that required me to leave negative feedback. I will first start with the minor problems: because of the way one of the legs was cut on the CPU holder, I am unable to completely screw in a necessary component therefore one leg sits up slightly higher than all of the rest (although I can live with that I should not have to). Also, the desk is extremely small, not enough workspace to do much of anything (should be marketed to children). The major problem I had with this particular desk, and I have never experienced this with ANY computer desk I previously owned, the board that is suppossed to hold the keyboard was not cut to exact specifications (length of board is too short and will not reach from one connector to the other) and as a result I am unable to attach it to the desk. Now I must place my keyboard on my desk (which already has very limited space) when I need to type. I paid too much money for this nonsense! This desk has a professional look and feel. Very easy to assemble. Unlike wooden desk, the glass frame reflects light and keeps the room bright. This was very important to me. I wish the keyboard tray could draw out a little more. Overall I am very happy I bought this desk. The desk has a very clean/modern look. I put it together in about 1.5 hours by myself. It would have been easier with two persons but wife was taking care of the baby. The instructions honestly couldn't have been written any easier. The small parts ie: different size screws and bolts where all in seperate bags and the size was clearlt marked on the bags and in the instructions. It even comes with a small wrench and screw driver. Every piece of the desk was clearly marked. There where a couple of large screws already in place on two of the support beams, so if you do an inventory of all your parts before you start to put it together and you think that you are missing some bolts check the parts that they are for because the bolts/screws are probably factory inserted into the part. The desk is very sturdy. I am using it for a 16 inch laptop and a printer enough space on the sides of my laptop for other items ie: external hard drive, camera, documents etc etc. One last thing I live in Miami and I got the free shipping which should take about a week or so but it arrived about 4 days after I placed the order. It was shipped out of the Miami/Ft.Lauderdale area. wow. i have put together a dozen or so items from amazom. bookshelves, entertainment centers, beds, you name it. this was by far the easiest assembly of the bunch. clearly marked and numbered parts and concise intructions. solid construction and it looks fantastic. Purchased this for our 14 yo son. He loves the modern look of it, the sleekness of the glass, and having the CPU off the floor. He doesn't have a printer on his desk, but he did opt to put the printer stand on it. He has a clock, pencil holder, and a paper weight on the printer stand. He's thrilled with the desk. It took less than an hour to put together, no parts were missing, and the instructions were good.
Packaging was better than most; secure and without dents or broken pieces. Assembly directions were easy to understand and follow and all the needed pieces were appropriately labeled. This desk is sturdy, the keyboard tray is steady when typing, and having an extra off the floor modem piece is helpful. Because of the glass top it appears to take up very little space in the room.
